Austrade invites international food and beverage customers to visit Australia and participate in a business matching program at Fine Food 2024.

Participants must be attending in person, there is no option for virtual meetings as part of this program.

In addition to Austrade's participation terms, there are a few other terms we need to draw your attention to:

Business matching

• whilst Austrade will do its best to confirm meetings with clients that you select, the decision to accept a meeting rests with the client 
• customers will be given access to an online Meeting Diary approx three weeks prior to Fine Food 2024. Customers are responsible for accessing the Meeting Diary and scheduling their own meetings with Australian clients
• participants must commit to attending business matching meetings in person at Fine Food from 2-5 September 2024
• you will be able to see your confirmed meetings from your Meeting Diary.

Cost to participate

Participation in Austrade's business matching program at Fine Food 2024 is free of charge. Customers will be expected to cover:

• all travel, accommodation and incidental costs

Austrade’s privacy collection statement

Austrade will collect, handle and disclose your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Austrade will use your personal information to:

• facilitate your attendance at this event
• publish an online customer directory. Your company information will be displayed for potential partner organisations
• manage your business' relationship with Austrade. Disclosure of your personal information may include overseas recipients as Austrade has international offices and service offerings.

Austrade’s collection and handling of your personal information is authorised by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Austrade Act 1985 (Cth). Inaccuracy or non-collection of your information will impact Austrade’s ability to facilitate your attendance at this event and to manage your business' relationship with Austrade. Austrade and its officers are bound to secrecy regarding and client information held by Austrade. Client information may only be disclosed if for the purposes of the Austrade ACT 1985 (Cth), under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth), or where otherwise required by law or a court order.
