호주무역투자대표부 (이하 Austrade)는 개인정보 보호정책에 따라 귀하의 개인정보를 수집, 취급 및 공개합니다.
Austrade는  제공받은 개인정보를 본 행사의 접수등록에 관한 제반 절차 및 Austrade가 주관하는 행사 등의 안내 목적으로 이용합니다. Austrade는 국외의 사무소를 보유하고 서비스 제공을 하고 있기에 귀하의 개인 정보 공개 대상에는 국외의 제 3자가 포함될 수 있습니다. Austrade의 개인 정보 수집 및 이용은 개인정보보호법 (1988년) 및 Austrade Act (1985년)에 의해 승인되었습니다. 수집된 개인 정보가 부정확하거나 수집되지 않는 경우 본 행사 개최에 대한 접수 등록 및 안내에 영향을 미칩니다. Austrade와 임직원은 보유한 모든 고객의 정보에 대해서 비밀 유지 의무가 있습니다. 고객 정보는 정보공개청구법률(Freedom of Information Act 1982년)에 의거한 Austrade Act(1982년)의 목적에 따라, 또는 법률 혹은 법원의 명령에 따라 필요한 경우에만 공개될 수 있습니다.   

Austrade will use your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy to facilitate your participation in the Program and to manage your business’ relationship with Austrade. Austrade may use the personal information that you provide to send you tailored information about upcoming trade events and other services that we believe may be of interest to your business. Disclosure of your personal information may include overseas recipients as Austrade has international offices and service offerings. Austrade’s collection and handling of your personal information is authorised by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Austrade Act 1985 (Cth). Inaccuracy or non-collection of your information will impact Austrade’s ability to facilitate your participation in the Program and to manage your business’ relationship with Austrade.
