Option 1: AUD $1,200 4 Hours @ AUD $300 per hour

• project management of national pavilion including liaison with show organisers and assistance with logistics
•  pre-departure exhibitor briefing
•  pre-show industry briefing
•  development and distribution of the Australian METS Directory to promote participant capability
• organisation of the business development activities during Perumin including customer introductions and briefings, pitching sessions and informal business matching
• organisation of various networking functions
•  assistance to users of the Australian Innovation Hub
•  coordination of marketing campaign pre, during and post-show, including direct marketing to targeted list of customers to generate stand traffic.

Option 2 & 3: AUD $1,500 5 Hours @ AUD $300 per hour includes:

• project management of national pavilion including liaison with show organisers and assistance with logistics
• pre-departure exhibitor briefing
• pre-show industry briefing
• development and distribution of the Australian METS Directory to promote participants capability
• organisation of the business development activities during Perumin including customer introductions and briefings, pitching sessions and informal business matching
• organisation of various networking functions
• assistance to users of the Australian Innovation Hub

PAYMENT TERMS

Please note:

Invoices will be sent to an Australian entity registered with an ABN and Australian address. Payments will be made in AUD $ via credit card or transfer to Austrade accounts in Australia.

Clients are expected to cover:

• participation fees as outlined in their chosen package
• all travel, accommodation and incidental costs
• freight costs for physical collateral

Clients are further expected to:

Provide marketing material and requested information by deadlines specified by Austrade.

The Direct cost and the Austrade service fee form part of the total package and cannot be purchased independently.

Austrade requires payment upfront for all international events. The payment term is 7 days from invoice date and your place is not secured until the fee is paid. 

Please refer to the event Terms & Conditions for further detail. Non-payment by the applied deadline will result in the forfeit of your reserved place on the event.

Additional events and mine visits will be available at an extra cost, Austrade will communicate these opportunities as they become available.
