The Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade), Quantum Australia and UniQuest, invite Australian quantum companies to submit an Expression of Interest to join the Quantum Mission Europe 2026. Combining Austrade's international network, UniQuest's commercialisation expertise and Quantum Australia's national industry leadership, the mission provides Australian companies with coordinated support before, during and after their engagement in Europe.

Anchored around the UK National Quantum Showcase, one of Europe's premier quantum industry events attracting more than 2,000 international researchers, investors, corporates and government stakeholders, the mission has been designed to accelerate commercial engagement between Australian quantum companies and researchers and Europe's leading quantum ecosystems.

Rather than simply attending a conference, participants will undertake a coordinated business development program spanning five European markets, complemented by an optional virtual engagement with Spain’s quantum ecosystem. Through a combination of pre-departure preparation, curated introductions and in-market engagement, Austrade, UniQuest and Quantum Australia will help participants identify priority opportunities, build strategic relationships and maximise the commercial value of their time in Europe.

The mission combines activities in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom with tailored engagement opportunities across Finland, Denmark and Germany, providing access to leading customers, research organisations, investors and government stakeholders through a single coordinated program.

Please note that the expression of interest is NOT yet an official registration to any activity forming part of the Quantum Mission Europe 2026. Austrade will evaluate all expressions of interest submitted. We will reach out to you to confirm your eligibility, as well as provide information on the next steps for registration and confirmation of participation.
