Austrade through EventsAir will collect, handle and disclose your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Austrade is collecting your personal information for the purpose of registering your participation in the Study Australia Education Fair Mongolia. Austrade's collection and handling of your personal information is authorised by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Austrade Act 1985 (Cth). Inaccuracy or non-collection of your information will impact the ability of Austrade, through EventsAir, to deliver the service you are signing up for, and to communicate with you about the service and/or other services you may be interested in. Disclosure of your personal information may include overseas recipients such as our information processor - Bucketlist, given Austrade has international offices and service offerings. In registering for this event, you also agree to Austrade disclosing your personal information to Australian education institution exhibitors and partner organisations working on the event.

Austrade may include your personal information in a marketing list. Marketing lists may be used by Austrade to:

• target advertising on social media and other digital platforms, including through the creation of lookalike audiences.

Such use of marketing lists may involve disclosure of your personal information to third parties, such as research, marketing and media buying agencies, and social media platforms for the sole purpose of delivering campaigns and or research projects on behalf of Austrade.
