Austrade will use your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy to facilitate your participation in the Program and to manage your business’ relationship with Austrade. Austrade may use the personal information that you provide to send you tailored information about upcoming trade events and other services that we believe may be of interest to your business.  
  
Disclosure of your personal information may include overseas recipients as Austrade has international offices and service offerings. Austrade’s collection and handling of your personal information is authorised by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Austrade Act 1985 (Cth). Inaccuracy or non-collection of your information will impact Austrade’s ability to facilitate your participation in the Program and to manage your business’ relationship with Austrade.

Throughout the course of the program, Austrade and Australian Organic Limited (AOL) will be taking photographs and videos. We require your consent for these images, videos and other material, which may be used to promote your company, the program and our services.
