Austrade will use your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy to facilitate your participation in the Program and to manage your business’ relationship with Austrade. Austrade may use the personal information that you provide to send you tailored information about upcoming trade events and other services that we believe may be of interest to your business.  
  
Disclosure of your personal information may include overseas recipients as Austrade has international offices and service offerings. Austrade’s collection and handling of your personal information is authorised by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Austrade Act 1985 (Cth). Inaccuracy or non-collection of your information will impact Austrade’s ability to facilitate your participation in the Program and to manage your business’ relationship with Austrade.

Austrade, in collaboration with UniQuest and Quantum Australia, is required to report on the outcomes of this mission. I agree to provide information following the mission regarding meetings, introductions, partnerships, commercial opportunities, investments and other outcomes arising from my participation. This information will be used for internal purposes only unless you provide permission to use it publicly.

The deadline for applications closes on 3 September. If you are selected to join the delegation, you will receive an invitation by Tuesday, 8 September. We kindly ask you to accept or decline the invitation by Friday, 11 September. Please also reserve 4:00-5:00pm for an intake reservation designed to capture your goals and objectives for the mission.

I acknowledge that the information provided in my expression of interest will be shared with Austrade's co-organisers, UniQuest and Quantum Australia for the purpose of selection and the administration of my participation in the delegation.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for all costs associated with my travel, accommodation, meals, visas and incidentals as part of Quantum Mission Europe 2026.
