Who should participate
Austrade invites expressions of interest from Australian Lifesciences and healthcare sector companies that are export ready and currently generating business revenue that meet the following criteria:
- registered Australian business with a current ABN
- companies with innovative capabilities and expertise in one of the following areas:
- biotechnology/biopharmaceuticals
- medical devices / medtech
- digital health
- companies looking to partner for research and collaboration
- ability to clearly describe and communicate company objectives and vision for growth
- ability to travel to Hyderabad, India to attend all activities, such as business meetings, pitch sessions and a networking event, between 16-20 February 2026.

*Austrade's country and sector specialists will review your application based on the above criteria and contact you regarding the outcome of your application. Please note there are limited slots available. If successful, we will confirm your place in the program and provide further details on the program, including further advice on travel and accommodation logistics.
Delegate package
Client participation/exhibitor cost is A$2000 per company. This cost includes:
- entry to event
- participation in the Australian Pavilion of 36 sqm’
- access to Austrade's biotech network which includes site visits, roundtable discussions and industry networking events
- access to customers
- direct costs associated with the organisation of events and marketing
- inclusion in Austrade’s LinkedIn and Direct Digital Marketing (DDM) campaign to build awareness of and interest in capabilities.
Note: Participants will need to cover their own travel expenses including flights, visas, accommodation, and incidentals.
In order to provide the highest level of service to participants, places are strictly limited.
Austrade requires payment upfront for all international events. The payment term is 30 days from the invoice date, and your place is not fully secured until the entire fee is paid.

Please refer to the terms of event participation for further detail. Non-payment by the applied deadline will result in the forfeit of your reserved place on the event.
