Cost

The exhibitor package entails exhibitor access and branded presence in the Australian pavilion. Companies will have access to branded showcase pods to display products, subject to the nature of your offering.  

Client participation/exhibitor cost is AUD$700 per company. This cost includes: 

  • Full Access to the CPHI Conference  
  • Access to the Team Australia stand to promote your company profile 
  • direct costs associated with the organisation of events and marketing.  

Participants will also need to cover their own travel expenses including flights, visas, meals, accommodation and incidentals. In order to provide the highest level of service to participants, places are limited.    

Austrade requires payment upfront for all international events. The payment term is 14 days from the invoice date, and your place is not fully secured until the entire fee is paid. 

Important information 

Please refer to the event Terms of event participation | Austrade for further detail. Non-payment by the applied deadline will result in the forfeit of your reserved place on the event.  

You may also be eligible to claim some of your marketing and promotion costs associated with this exhibition through the Export Market Development Grant scheme. For more information visitGrants | Austrade or call 13 28 78.
