Information requested through the EOI process

Applicants should be prepared to provide the following information so Austrade, CSIRO and program partners can assess fit, shape the delegation program and prepare participant materials:

  • Company and primary contact details, including company address, Australian headquarters state if relevant, website, and secondary contact details where available.
  • A short company overview, products and services, key discriminators, availability and support, key customers, key supplier and consulting partnerships, and relevant accreditations or awards.
  • Applicable capability categories, such as manufacturing, materials, research and development, electric vehicles, critical minerals, anode/cathode materials, battery management systems, power electronics, energy management systems, recycling, energy storage systems, rail, defence, cybersecurity, graphite and silicon.
  • Priority organisations, named contacts or types of counterpart the applicant would most like to meet during the program, plus the intended outcome from those introductions.
  • Any specific companies or contacts already in the applicant's pipeline where Austrade or program partners could help facilitate engagement.

Capability catalogue materials

Delegates will also be asked to provide catalogue-ready copy and visual assets, including a company logo in vector format or high-resolution PNG, and up to three square high-resolution images. QR codes and accreditation images should not be submitted as catalogue images.
