Who should participate
Austrade invites expressions of interest from Australian clinical research organisations (CROs), service providers and companies in the life sciences sector that are export ready and meet the following criteria:
- registered Australian business with a current ABN
- companies with a unique USP, innovative capabilities and expertise in one of the following areas:
- Clinical Research Organisations (CROs)
- bioanalytical labs
- clinical trial sites (often attached to hospitals or clinics)
- clinical data management companies
- ability to fund travel to Singapore attend all relevant activities, including the regional roadshows, between 10-12 March 2026.

*Austrade's country and sector specialists will review your application based on the above criteria and contact you regarding the outcome of your application. Please note there are limited slots available. If successful, we will confirm your place in the program and provide further details on the program afterwards, including further advice on travel and accommodation logistics.
Delegate package
Participation cost is A$4,000, inclusive of:
- 1 x delegate entry ticket to CTFA (valued at USD$2,000)
- exclusive opportunity to visit and network with international biotechs and pharma based in Singapore and Southeast Asia
- exhibiting companies will share branded presence of a 12 sq m table top space at the exhibition area for placement of marketing collateral. Known as Austrade HUB, the location will be designated as a central meeting point for Australian conference participants to meet with potential partners and customers throughout the event.
- feature in the Australian CTFA Client Directory promoted via digital channels prior to and during the event
- inclusion in Austrade’s LinkedIn and DDM campaign to build awareness of and interest in capabilities
- business Matching - As part of the Austrade package, Austrade will support companies with a business matching program of up to 2 meetings per company.
Note: Participants will need to cover their own travel expenses including flights, visas, accommodation, and incidentals.
In order to provide the highest level of service to participants, places are strictly limited.
Austrade requires payment upfront for all international events. The payment term is 30 days from the invoice date, and your place is not fully secured until the entire fee is paid.

Please refer to the terms of event participation for further detail. Non-payment by the applied deadline will result in the forfeit of your reserved place on the event.
