SEG 2027 - Registration Information

Participation options

There are two standard participation options available for eligible Australian exporters: regular counter and XL counter. Please see below for an overview of what each option includes - to see examples of a regular and XL counter, please visit the Photos from SEG26 tab:

Stand design
In terms of stand design, we will follow the same design principles as for SEG26. The Austrade team will aim to improve stand layout and design based on the feedback received from clients at SEG26. Final floor space and hall location are managed by SEG organisers. Based on the feedback received from SEG26, Austrade will aim to maintain the same location, pending availability.

Your early registration as exhibitors on the Australia Stand will provide clarity to Austrade around size requirements and will enable us to put in an early application for floor space with SEG organisers. Therefore, we encourage Australian exporters to register as early as possible.

Payment

Clients are expected to cover:

Participation fees as outlined in their chosen package
all travel, accommodation and incidental costs
freight costs for any other physical collateral
Add anything else here they may need to cover

Austrade requires payment upfront for all international events. The payment term is 30 days from invoice date, and your place is not fully secured until the entire fee is paid.

Please refer to the event Terms of event participation | Austrade for further detail. Non-payment by the applied deadline will result in the forfeit of your reserved place on the event.
