Eligibility 

Austrade invites expressions of interest from Australia business from the following categories: 

  • processed Foods 
  • beverages
  • gluten free products
  • health & wellness products
  • snack foods
  • cereals
  • condiments and spreads
  • dairy products
  • confectionery 
  • bakery
  • horticulture produce
  • meats (sheep meat)
  • seafood
  • nutraceuticals
  • plant proteins

Applicants must also:

  • be a registered Australian business with a current ABN 
  • if selecting Option 1, be able to represent your product at AAHAR 2025
  • Participants from all States are invited to express interest

**In order to provide the highest level of service to delegates, places are strictly limited to 16 and will be provided on a first come first served basis

Physical presence

 

 

AUD $5,000 includes:

  • basic raw space at + design and fabrication of booth 
  • space of 6 square metres in Australian Pavilion. Total pavilion is 120m
  • lockable drawer, small table with chairs for discussion
  • backdrop walls with the branding as provided by the exhibitor 
  • overarching branding
  • 2-3 chairs, 1 table, 1 waste bin, 1 display counter w/ locker, 1 cable point (for plugging in charger).
  • transport from common hotel to exhibition and mission locations
  • pre-show market briefing (inc regulatory and compliance matters) 
  • market/ site visits
  • coordination of Australian exhibitor guide 
  • group transport
  • 5 show passes,
  • cooking demonstration on 2 days by a Chef 
  • welcome dinner for exhibitors and top importers
  • invite to FIFI (Forum of Indian Food Importers) reception for exhibitors on day 2 for all exhibitors
  • 24/7 security and cleaning service.

Exclusions:

  • electricity charges will be as per exhibitors rules on actuals
  • water tap connection will be provided at additional cost if required.

 

 

Austrade will further support companies through the following:

  • drive a tailored marketing campaign pre, during and post AAHAR 2025 - Austrade led importer/ distributor/ buyer outreach campaign to build awareness and interest in your products, including electronic direct marketing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • host an exclusive networking function for you to meet with targeted buyers and customers
  • promote your products through the Australian exhibitor guide created for AAHAR 2025
  • support lead generation during the event, including sharing of contact details generated
  • extensive on-site assistance and support from experienced Austrade Business Development Managers
  • virtual pre-departure exhibitor briefing, so you can be prepared and make the most of being at AAHAR 2025
  • project management of Australia Pavilion including liaison with show organisers and assistance with logistics.

AUD $1000 includes:

**For those unable to attend in person 

  • display of samples and collateral sent
  • capture inquiries from customers
  • mention of company and products in Australian exhibitor guide to promote capabilities.

AUD $1000 includes:

**For those who will be attending AAHAR in person but do not wish to be promoted at the Australia Pavilion

  • **no physical presence or samples displayed at the Australia Pavilion
  • invitations to networking events
  • access to Austrade facilitated business matching during AAHAR
  • pre-show market briefing (inc regulatory and compliance matters) 
  • market/ site visits

 

PAYMENT TERMS

Clients are expected to cover:

  • participation fees as outlined in their chosen package
  • all travel, accommodation and incidental costs
  • freight costs for samples and physical collateral

Austrade requires payment upfront for all international events. The payment term is 7 days from invoice date and your place is not secured until the fee is paid. 

Please refer to the event Terms & Conditions for further detail. Non-payment by the applied deadline will result in the forfeit of your reserved place on the event.

State Governments may be in a position to provide support to eligible participants.
