Who should participate?
Austrade invites expressions of interest from Australian companies that are export ready and currently generating business revenue that meet the following criteria:

registered Australian business with a current ABN

expertise in one of the following areas or disciplines

Food and beverage: exporters of meat, seafood, dairy, horticulture, beverage and packaged foods

Food security and food supply chain: agribusinesses supplying inputs, technology, know how, AgTech innovations to support agrifood productivity and sustainability

Ability to travel to Vietnam and Cambodia to attend all activities such as business meetings, networking events and conference, between 15-20 March 2026

Due to the technical nature of the ASEABX agriculture and food mission, international sales and export leaders are best positioned to join the delegation
Please note there are limited slots available for the mission. Expression of Interest does not guarantee participation in the mission. EOIs will be assessed based on the above criteria and to create complementarity across the delegation. Please wait until you hear back from an Austrade team member on the status of your EOI before making any travel plans.
**A maximum of 2 representatives per company will be permitted to attend.
Cost
Participation in the mission is free of charge. Austrade will cover the cost of the in market and pre departure program. However, participants will need to cover their own travel expenses including flights, visas, accommodation, and incidentals. To provide the highest level of service to delegates, places are strictly limited.
If you are interested in participating, please register your interest by Friday 19 December 2025. Austrade's country and industry specialists will review your application and contact you regarding the outcome of your application. If successful we will confirm your place on the mission and provide further details on the program afterwards, including further advice on travel and accommodation logistics.
