Who should participate?
Austrade invites expressions of interest from Australian companies that are export ready and currently generating business revenue offering innovative technologies, services and expertise across:
- Renewable and clean energy Energy management, storage and grid solutions
- Decarbonisation and net-zero solutions
- Waste management, recycling and resource recovery
- Agricultural technology and sustainable food systems
- Water sustainability and water security
- Sustainable healthcare solutions
- Green skills, education, training and research
- Digital solutions for sustainable growth
There are limited slots available for the mission. EOIs will be assessed based on the above criteria.
**A maximum of 2 representatives per company will be permitted to attend.

1.5-day SEABX program (free participation) includes:
- pre-departure briefing
- briefing session
- pitching opportunities
- targeted one-on-one business matching sessions (est. 4 meetings/ company)
- high level networking reception at the Australian Ambassador’s residences
- group meeting with Thai conglomerates.
and/or
1.5-day Smart Energy Council (SEC) specific program ($700 Inc. GST)
- a clean-energy market briefing on Thailand's renewable energy landscape, policy direction, market structure and where the commercial opportunities are emerging
- meetings with Thai energy sector stakeholders, including utilities, project developers and relevant government and regulatory bodies
- opportunities to visit or learn about clean-energy projects and infrastructure in the Thai market
- deeper business matching focused on clean-energy partnerships, such as offtake, joint ventures and technology collaboration
- connection to the Renewable Energy Council Asia Pacific (RECAP) network across the wider Asia-Pacific region, not only Thailand
- a clean-energy roundtable bringing together Australian and Thai industry, government and finance
- ongoing engagement to help delegates build on the relationships and introductions made during the mission.
Participants will need to cover their own travel expenses including flights, visas, accommodation, and incidentals. In order to provide the highest level of service to delegates, places are strictly limited. If you are interested in participating, please register your interest. Austrade's country and industry specialists will review your application and contact you regarding the outcome of your application. If successful we will confirm your place on the mission and provide further details on the program afterwards, including further advice on travel and accommodation logistics.
