Who should participate?
Austrade invites expressions of interest from Australian clinical research organisations (CROs), service providers and companies in the life sciences sector that are export ready and meet the following criteria:
- registered Australian business with a current ABN
- companies with a unique USP, innovative capabilities and expertise in one of the following areas:
- Clinical Research Organisations (CROs)
- Bioanalytical labs
- Clinical trial sites (often attached to hospitals or clinics)
- R&D tax advisory firms
- Clinical data management companies
- Additional specialised services
- companies with a viable product/service offering, existing clinical trials or customers and revenue stream/s, or have existing funding to support market expansion
- companies who have (or are looking to establish) a presence/partnership in the region
- ability to clearly describe and communicate company objectives and vision for growth
- ability to fund travel to America and attend the roadshow seminar
If you are interested in participating, please register your interest for the US roadshow events by no later than Tuesday, 14 April 2026.
* Austrade's country and sector specialists will review your application based on the above criteria and contact you regarding the outcome of your application. Please note there are limited slots available. If successful, we will confirm your place in the program and provide further details on the program afterwards, including further advice on logistics.
Cost
Client participation cost is AUD 1000 per company for each roadshow. This cost includes:
- participation with an opportunity to present your capabilities to leading US clinical trials stakeholders
- networking opportunities at the event with our select key stakeholders, potential partners, and customers, and to build your networks across the region
- inclusion in Austrade’s LinkedIn and DDM campaign to build awareness of and interest in capabilities
Participants will also need to cover their own travel expenses including flights, visas, accommodation, and incidentals. In order to provide the highest level of service to participants, places are strictly limited. Austrade requires payment upfront for all international events. The payment term is 30 days from the invoice date, and your place is not fully secured until the entire fee is paid.

Please refer to the terms of event participation for further detail. Non-payment by the applied deadline will result in the forfeit of your reserved place on the event.
