Option 1:
High visibility package

AUD $17,000

 

 

 AUD $17,000 includes:

  • Dedicated booth for your brand with the largest/most visible branding (limited to 4 only) with an extra-large counter, overarching branding with logo and imagery as well as exclusive use display shelving and glassware
  • Dedicated seating area allowing each exhibitor to interact with visitors, pour, and discuss
  • Additional seated meeting tables throughout the stand for discussion with prospects
  • Coordination of Australian exhibitor guide 

 

Austrade will further support companies through the following:

  • Austrade will manage the Australia stand design and its delivery with the show organisers and stand supplier

  • Participating clients will have access to Austrade’s business development and marketing resources to promote their presence at the show. 

  • Austrade will drive a tailored marketing campaign pre, during and post Be Spirits 2027 - Austrade led importer/ distributor/ buyer outreach campaign to build awareness and interest in your products, including electronic direct marketing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns

  • Austrade will prepare an exporter product directory that lists participating companies and lead a comprehensive importer/distributor/buyer outreach campaign to build awareness and interest in the Australian products. This includes exposure on social and in industry media (printed and online) where this is of interest.

  • Austrade will assist with identifying potential target customers and arrange meetings and/or visits to the stand where possible. 

  • Austrade will offer extensive on-site assistance and support from experienced Austrade Business Development Manager
  • Austrade will host an exclusive business matching function for you to meet with targeted buyers and customers

  • Austrade will follow up on the leads generated during the trade show and/or assist clients to follow up on the leads they generated, including sharing event outcomes and opportunities within one month of the trade show.  

Option 2:
Standard package

AUD $7,000

 

 

 AUD $7,000 includes:

  • Shared central counter-space on the Australia stand (limited to 12 only) with logo placement/branding on the front and shared shelving
  • Central display giant shelf unit to feature each exhibiting distillery in a premium manner (stock, logo, image). This central display also allows for glassware, fridge stock and marketing material stock to be stored
  • Surrounding bar with seating circling this display unit allowing each distillery to interact with visitors, pour, and discuss
  • seating meeting tables throughout the stand for discussion with prospects
  • Coordination of Australian exhibitor guide 



 
Payment
Clients are expected to cover: 
  • Participation fees as outlined in their chosen package - to be selected when accepting an offer of a place in the Be Spirits 2027 delegation

  • Organise and cover the cost of all travel, accommodation, visas and incidental costs

  • Organise and ship products for the tradeshow and bear any freight costs. Austrade and State Governments can provide recommendations and guidance on this. 

  • Advise of their company representative(s) that are attending

  • Supply branding/artwork and copy for inclusion in the client directory and stand design 

Upon receipt of your invoice, please action the payment as soon as possible. Your place is not fully secured until the entire fee is paid. Non-payment by the applied deadline will result in the forfeit of your reserved place at the event. Austrade can only receive payments from Australian registered businesses that have an ABN and Australian address.  Please refer to the Terms of event participation | Austrade for further detail.  

 

Additional Support

Spirit companies based in Victoria participating in this program may also be eligible for a full subsidy through Global Victoria, supported through the Victorian Government’s Distillery Door Program.

Other State Governments may be in a position to provide support to eligible participantss. You may also be eligible to claim some of your marketing and promotion costs associated with this exhibition through the Export Market Development Grant scheme. Please note that the expression of interest in NOT yet an official registration to Be Spirits 2027. Austrade will evaluate all expressions of interest submitted. We will reach out to you to confirm your eligibility, as well as provide information on the next steps for registration and confirmation of participation.
