Participation cost = AUD $5,820

Cost to participate in this activity is AUD $5,820. This includes: 

  • dedicated exhibition space within the Australia Pavilion (more details to follow)
  • design and set up costs
  • business matching
  • pre-departure briefing.

Participating companies are expected to cover all travel, accommodation, incidental costs and freight costs for any physical collateral.

This package includes:

Australia Pavilion space

The Australia Pavilion will utilise the Nation Brand (see below).  It will include an Australia Lounge with support staff ready to manage visitor flow and assist with handling potential customer inquiries including to arrange meetings with participating Australian companies.

The Australia Pavilion will include 22 dedicated spaces for Australian companies to exhibit their products and services. All company spaces will feature the overarching Nation Brand, with participating companies able to include collateral and display products/items featuring their own company branding within their space. 

   

 

Business Matching Activities

Austrade Jakarta will work with the Mining Indonesia conference organisers to arrange meetings for companies exhibiting in the Australia Pavilion with relevant stakeholders and business contacts.

   

Pre-departure Briefing

Austrade Jakarta will hold a pre-departure briefing to share information about the Mining Indonesia Exhibition, operations of the Australia Pavilion, and logistics including visa regulations and visiting Jakarta.

 

Austrade will support participants by

  • conducting an outreach campaign targeting customers to build awareness and interest in Australian businesses attending Mining Indonesia  
  • producing a product directory showcasing participating companies which will be available to customers
  • managing the Australia Lounge to assist with customer inquiries and scheduling meetings
  • assisting with follow up on any leads generated during the event.

Payment terms

Austrade requires payment upfront for all international events. The payment term is 7 days from invoice date and your place is not secured until the fee is paid.
