Why you should attend

By participating in BioJapan 2026, you will gain access to one of Asia’s most established and globally connected life sciences ecosystems, with opportunities to engage directly with pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, startups and government stakeholders.

Last year, BioJapan attracted more than 22,000 visitors and hosted over 1,100 exhibition booths, highlighting its scale as one of Asia’s leading life sciences events. The conference also featured a highly active partnering program, with more than 1,500 companies participating in over 25,000 B2B meetings. This level of engagement makes BioJapan a valuable platform for building partnerships and advancing commercial opportunities.

As part of the Team Australia delegation, you will also benefit from a coordinated national presence that showcases Australia’s capabilities across biotechnology and clinical trials, helping to strengthen your visibility and position your organisation in an internationally competitive market.

Austrade’s on-the-ground expertise will also help you navigate the Japanese market, providing insights, connections and tailored support to assist you in establishing and expanding your presence in Japan and the broader Northeast Asia region.
