A range of packages will be available for selection for BIOFACH 2027 if your expression of interest is successful. These can be selected when you confirm your acceptance of an offered place for BIOFACH 2027 and several options at different price points/visibility will be available.

Packages may include:  

• Dedicated extra large, standard or shared counters
• Supported by Austrade Europe Business Development Managers
• Refrigeration and product storage at the stand as may be required
• Access to Austrade business matching services
• Up to 3 exhibitor passes for your representatives, depending on your final package selection
• Company profile promotion through the Australian Company Directory, distributed digitally and available onsite at BIOFACH 2027 and other program events.
• Inclusion in Austrade’s European marketing campaign, including targeted outreach and LinkedIn promotion to raise awareness of participating companies among potential customers and partners

 
Austrade and Australian Organic Limited will: 

• Lead a partner/customer marketing campaign to build awareness and interest in your solutions, including electronic direct marketing and LinkedIn and media outreach campaigns

• Provide and facilitate business networking opportunities as part of the BIOFACH 2027 program to assist delegates in selecting target customers and arranging meetings during the program

• Follow up on the leads generated during BIOFACH 2027 and/or assist participants to follow up on the leads they generated during the program

• Update participants about Australia stand programming, activities and broader BIOFACH 2027 programming

• Schedule a pre-departure briefing for all attendees hosted by Austrade and Australian Organic Limited
  
  

Participants will: 

• Make their own travel arrangements, including airfares, accommodation, visas, meals as may be required for other activities not included in the program, including the optional other city programs

• Forward product samples for display and use during the event

• Advise Austrade of any company representative(s) that will attend

• Once confirmed, commit to attending and following up on relevant meetings arranged by Austrade

• Provide Austrade with updates on progress and/or outcomes achieved following participation in the Australian Delegation

• Supply branding/artwork and copy for inclusion in the Australia stand design and directory as required

• Consent to photography/videography as may be requested for the promotion of this activity, Austrade’s work and future promotion of this sector/activity and any outcomes that may be achieved  

 
Payment 

Clients are expected to cover: 

• Participation fees as outlined in their chosen package - to be selected when accepting an offer of a place in the BIOFACH 2027 delegation

• all travel, accommodation and incidental costs including the optional city visits 

• freight costs for any other physical collateral including samples 

 
Austrade requires payment upfront for all international events. The payment term is 30 days from invoice date, and your place is not fully secured until the entire fee is paid.
