Who should participate
Austrade invites seeking expressions of interest from Australian exporters in the health industry that are export ready and currently generating business revenue that meet the following criteria are eligible for selection:
- registered Australian business with a current ABN
- companies with innovative capabilities and expertise in one of the following areas:
- medical devices / medtech
- digital health
- biotechnology
- consumer health
- companies with a viable product offering, existing customers and revenue stream/s, or have existing funding to support market expansion
- Australian health companies who have (or are looking to establish) a presence in the region and are interested in expanding to the UAE
- ability to clearly describe and communicate company objectives and vision for growth
- ability to travel to Dubai, UAE to attend all activities, such as business meetings, and pitch sessions, between 25-29 January 2027
If you are interested in participating, please register your interest by 6 November 2026. Austrade's country and sector specialists will review your application based on the above criteria and contact you regarding the outcome of your application. Please note there are limited slots available.
If successful, we will confirm your place in the program and provide further details on the program afterwards, including further advice on travel and accommodation logistics.
Participation Cost
The exhibitor package entails exhibitor access and branded presence in the Australian pavilion. Companies will have access to branded showcase pods with either shelving to display products or computer screens, subject to the nature of your offering.
Client participation/exhibitor cost is AUD 7,500 per company. This cost includes:
- access and branded presence worth USD 2,090 (approx. AUD 3,000) at the Team Australia Pavilion at WHX Dubai 2027 to meet with potential partners and customers
- feature in the Australian Client Directory promoted via digital channels prior to and during the show
- inclusion in Austrade’s LinkedIn and DDM campaign to build awareness of and interest in capabilities.
Participants are expected to cover all travel, accommodation, and incidental costs.
The number of participants is limited. Please note that participation is not guaranteed until you receive an email confirmation from Austrade.
Austrade requires payment upfront for all international events. The payment term is 14 days from the invoice date, and your place is not fully secured until the entire fee is paid.

As part of your participation in this event, Austrade may disclose your name, contact details, organisation details, participation information and information about business outcomes arising from your participation in the event to the relevant State or Territory government agency supporting the event. This information will be used for the administration, delivery, evaluation and reporting of the event, assessment of the effectiveness of government trade assistance programs, and related trade promotion activities. Austrade will handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Austrade's privacy policy.

Please note that the expression of interest is NOT yet an official registration to join the delegation to WHX Dubai. Austrade will evaluate all expressions of interest submitted.
