Ballantyne’s expertise is in three main product categories:
- Premium food ingredients – we produce various types of cheese and dairy powders to highly concentrated dairy ingredients that are suitable for any applications, including snack, bakery, prepared meals, sauces and seasoning, dairy, confectionery, beverages, desserts and processed meats/seafood.
- Premium chilled butter - we produce a premium range of packaged butter including cultured, whipped butter and premium dairy blend products. They come in a variety of packaging options from tubs, foil wraps to portion controls in mini wraps and mini tubs.
- Premium New Zealand grass fed canned butter – available in 120z, 16oz and 2kg.
Ballantyne’s Laverton North factory houses all manufacturing operations, logistics, research and development and QA facilities. Our facility in New Zealand is responsible for producing and exporting our premium canned butter.
