T&G Vizzarri Farms is the largest independent supplier of Asparagus within Australia. We have approximately 1,500 acres under our direct control, and this is supplemented with another 1,500 acres from partnerships with external farms throughout Victoria. Annually, we process 4,500 tonnes of Fresh Green Asparagus.

We are located within the Koo Wee Rup region of Victoria, South East of Melbourne. Roughly 90% of all Asparagus is grown within this region due to its dark nutrient rich soil and ideal climate conditions – resulting in the distinctive colour and superior eating characteristics Australian Asparagus is known for.

We maintain full traceability from grower to customer. Our accreditation includes regular MRL testing, HARPs, SQF and SMETA.
